Haseldin first took charge as player-manager at the start of the 2012/13 season and has since become a key figure in the club’s modern era. Over the past 12 years, he has helped shape Holywell Town into one of the most respected and consistent sides in Welsh football.

Following a competitive 2024/25 campaign, which sees the club securing a strong 3rd-place finish in the JD Cymru North, Johnny’s commitment to Holywell Town remains unwavering. His leadership on and off the pitch continues to be a driving force behind the club’s progress.

During his time in charge, Haseldin has overseen 443 matches and recorded an outstanding 288 victories, with his teams scoring 1,201 goals and maintaining a win rate of 65.15 percent. His tenure has been defined by an attacking style of football, strong standards, and a clear vision for the future.

In addition to his work with the first team, Johnny is currently working towards his UEFA A Licence. This key coaching qualification will ensure both he and the club meet the necessary criteria for promotion to the Cymru Premier, should the opportunity arise.

The club is proud to move into the 2025/26 season with Johnny at the helm and will continue building on the strong foundations already in place.
