The big local festive derby against our neighbours Mold Alex has been called off after the recent freezing temperatures, Mold Alex's Alyn Park ground suffered frozen and burst pipes, which flooded the changing room and causing the water pump to break meaning no hot water or showers working in the changing room.

As no alternative ground was available, the match has had to be called off.

The match will be replayed at a later date and once confirmed, will be posted on our social media and our website.

Due to this postponement, it means that Holywell Town's next game will be at the Achieve More Training Stadium on January 2nd against Porthmadog. The match will kick off at 2.00pm.
